We charge no fees for our work in planning your on-site Disney vacation experience when you purchase your accommodations, tickets, etc. through GototheMouse.com. You will receive the personalized service you expect from a specialized agency at no cost to you. Effective with travel beginning January 1, 2021, GototheMouse.com will charge cancellation and date change fees for all Walt Disney World vacation packages. We specialize in vacations to Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, the Disneyland Resort in California as well as vacations on the Disney Cruise Line®, and escorted tours with Adventures by Disney.

We also love to work on travel to:

• Universal Parks and Resorts in Orlando Florida
• Universal Hollywood in California
• Royal Caribbean Cruise Line
• Celebrity Cruise Line
• Virgin Voyages Cruise Line
• Sandals and Beaches all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean
• Certain other all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean (ex. Hard Rock resorts, Planet Hollywood resorts, Palace resorts, World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Hotel Xcaret Mexico)

Other destinations are on a case-by-case basis. In general, we do not work on vacations to domestic (within the US) destinations other than those listed above. Please contact us here if you are interested in a non-Disney destination.

We have visited Walt Disney World® Resort ourselves many times so we can share our real-life experience and knowledge to help you create your own magical adventure. Disney holds a very special place in our lives and we want nothing more than to share that love with others.

If desired, we will assist you with locating air arrangements by suggesting airports, airlines and flight times that are best suited to your particular needs in conjunction with your vacation package. We will work with you to ensure that you are able to find and book the best airfare options for your family. We regret that we no longer book air travel on your behalf.

There’s no doubt that the Internet is a wonderful tool for many things, researching travel being one of them. However, there’s also no substitute for experience and knowledge about a destination that a webpage can’t provide. I always search high and low for the best selection to meet your travel needs.

Keep in mind that the lowest price doesn’t necessarily mean the best value for your or your family. Those companies that sell you the super low fares online aren’t going to be around to help when you have a problem or need more information about the place you’re traveling to. GototheMouse.com is run by a live person and you’ll talk to that person to setup your trip and plan each aspect to make sure you have the best time possible. You won’t be put in on hold for hours waiting to talk to a representative who knows nothing about you or your trip and frankly doesn’t care about either.

On the same note, why waste untold amounts of your time looking for that ‘best deal’? I can find you the best price and oftentimes match other pricing that you might have found on your own. I also will work to make sure that the accommodations selected are adequate for your family and will also complement your vacation. I’m not going to direct you to a hotel in the middle of Orlando for a trip focused on Disney because the full Disney experience is the key to a terrific trip.

I want you to help you understand what a lot of people don’t about traveling to Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida. You’ll be headed to an enormous resort area that encompasses 47 square miles, isn’t technically in Orlando and can take a significant amount of time to navigate around in. My goal is to make sure you have a great time on your vacation and don’t spend a lot of time trying to get from your hotel ‘just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort’ to the Theme Parks that are really a lot more than ‘minutes’ away.
