  1. How much does your travel booking and/or planning assistance cost?

    We charge no fees for our work in planning your Disney vacation experience. You will receive the personalized service you expect from a specialized agency at no cost to you.

  2. How do I get a quote?

    You can either fill out the inquiry form or give us a call. The inquiry form works best for those who already have a specific Disney vacation in mind. If you have questions, check out the FAQs on the website and/or send us an email. A lot of the initial planning and discussions can be done via email if you are comfortable with that approach. We love to talk Disney so feel free to give us a call and we can book and plan book the trip of your dreams! We regret that our planning assistance is only available to those who book their Disney vacation through us or transfer their existing reservation to us for servicing.

  3. How much does a Walt Disney World® vacation cost?

    Trips can be designed to suit everyone, from the most budget-conscious consumer to the person for whom money is no object. We will ask you what your budget range is to ensure that we find a trip that meets your financial needs while still providing the memorable vacation that you expect. Rather than trying to estimate what a trip costs for all types of clients, we will discuss your needs and desires and plan accordingly to put together a customized experience that fits your wallet and expectations.

  4. I have already booked my vacation on my own (not through another travel agent). Now I need help with planning my trip. How can I transfer my reservation to GototheMouse.com and get the benefits of your free services?

    This can easily be done! You can contact us directly via email and fill out a short form to have the reservation transferred to us. You will keep the same Disney reservation confirmation number and everything about your reservation remains the same. Once the transfer is initiated, we'll get to work planning and finalizing all of the details for your vacation including making dining reservations, purchasing special event tickets, Theme Park itinerary creation, providing tips and tricks, etc. We want your vacation to be the best ever and we'll provide top-notch service every step of the way toward making that dream a reality!

  5. How do I pay for my trip?

    We accept credit card payments for all travel. Your card will be charged by the supplier directly, generally the Walt Disney Travel Company for Disney Destination travel arrangements. You will not see any fees from GototheMouse.com or Dugan's Travels (we are an independent associate with Dugan's Travels). For your protection, we will obtain a simple statement from you, generally exchanged via email, giving us authorization to provide the credit card information to the supplier to charge your vacation. We will not accept or provide any credit card information via email for your security. When you provide the credit card information, we will exchange that over the phone and it will be destroyed immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

  6. What are the policies (aka Terms and Conditions) of making a reservation for travel through GototheMouse.com?

  7. I want to stay off-site at another hotel/condo/timeshare in Orlando. Can you help me those accommodations and/or park tickets, airfare, etc.?

    Sorry! GototheMouse.com only works with complete Disney reservations to provide the guest with the full Disney experience. We will reserve Disney resort hotel room only, room plus tickets, room plus tickets and dining, etc. but we regret that we do not work with off-site accommodations.
