1. Who is GototheMouse.com?

   GototheMouse.com is a locally-owned and operated home-based travel planning agency in Fishersville VA. We operate as an independent associate of Dugan's Travels which is based in New Mexico. Being associated with Dugan's provides us with the opportunity to offer low rates and a variety of options to our clients. You may receive confirmations and other documentation related to your trip that references Dugan's Travels. Do not be alarmed as this is how we interface with our travel suppliers. Be assured that you are receiving personalized service that comes direct from GototheMouse.com. Dugan's Travels is a proud member of IATAN, CLIA, OSSN, NACTA, and Vacation.com. 2. I know exactly what I want to book for my upcoming Walt Disney World® trip. Why should I use the services of GototheMouse.com?

   GototheMouse.com was established specifically to assist clients with planning the vacation of their dreams to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando. We charge no fees to provide superior service and customization for each trip we plan. Whether you know exactly what you want to book for your Walt Disney World® vacation or you need advice on every aspect of the trip, we are here to guide you along the way.

   Gotothemouse.com provides the insight and tips that you might not be aware of when it comes to vacation planning. We also take the stress and time out of planning your magical experience. Need dining reservations or suggestions on restaurants? We can handle both. Special tours that you're interested in? We've got you covered. Why spend your valuable time wrapping up the details when we are here to work for you?

   We have visited Walt Disney World® Resort ourselves many times so we can share our real-life experience and knowledge to help you create your own magical adventure. Disney holds a very special place in our lives and we want nothing more than to share that love with others.

3. How much does your travel booking and/or planning assistance cost?

   We charge no fees for our work in planning your Disney vacation experience. You will receive the personalized service you expect from a specialized agency at no cost to you.

4. Do you book airfare?

   We will assist you with locating air accommodations by suggesting airports, airlines and flight times that are best suited to your particular needs in conjunction with your vacation package. We will work with you to ensure that we are able to find and assist you with booking the best airfare options for you. We regret that we do not book air travel alone.

5. How do I pay for my trip?

   We accept credit card payments for all travel. Your card will be charged by the supplier directly, generally the Walt Disney Travel Company. You will not see any fees from GototheMouse.com or Dugan's Travels (we are an independent associate with Dugan's Travels). We will not accept or provide any credit card information via email for your security. When you provide the credit card information, we will exchange that over the phone and it will be immediately destroyed after the reservation is confirmed.

6. Does GototheMouse.com book any other types of travel such as Disney Cruise Line®, Adventures by Disney, other cruise lines, tour packages, hotels, etc?

   We specialize in vacations to Walt Disney World® in Orlando, but we will also work with you to plan vacations on the Disney Cruise Line® and with Adventures by Disney. At this time, we are not working with reservations to other destinations or for accommodations that are not owned by Disney.

7. Why should I use a travel agent? I can find cheap rates by myself on the Internet.

   There's no doubt that the Internet is a wonderful tool for many things, researching travel being one of them. However, there's also no substitute for experience and knowledge about a destination that a webpage can't provide. I charge no extra fees for my service and I always search high and low for the best selection to meet your travel needs.

   Keep in mind that the lowest price doesn't necessarily mean the best deal for your or your family. For example, travel agents are not privy to drastically discounted prices that are hidden from the general public. We are often notified of special rates and promotions before they are released to the public and have access to suppliers that can sometimes provide discounted pricing. Those companies that sell you the super low fares aren't going to be around to help when you have a problem or need more information about the place you're traveling to. GototheMouse.com is run by a live person and you'll talk to that person to setup your trip and plan each aspect to make sure you have the best time possible. You won't be put in on hold for hours waiting to talk to a representative who knows nothing about you or your trip and frankly doesn't care about either.

   On the same note, why waste untold amounts of your time looking for that 'best deal'? I can find you the best price and oftentimes match other pricing that you might have found on your own. I also will work to make sure that the accommodations selected are adequate for your family and will also complement your vacation. I'm not going to direct you to a hotel in the middle of Orlando for a trip focused on Disney because the full Disney experience is the key to a terrific trip.

   I want you to help you understand what a lot of people don't about traveling to Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida. You'll be headed to an enormous resort area that encompasses 47 square miles, isn't technically in Orlando and can take a significant amount of time to navigate around in. My goal is to make sure you have a great time on your vacation and don't spend a lot of time trying to get from your hotel 'just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort' to the Theme Parks that are really a lot more than 'minutes' away.

   We all need a vacation and nobody wants to overspend. Vacations are meant to be time to enjoy yourself so there's no sense in planning your trip halfway. Once your trip is booked, don't think the hard work is over because a Disney vacation is certainly not ready to go 'out of the box'. Don't confuse a trip there with a trip to your local amusement park. A lack of planning and knowledge will pretty much ensure that you'll not get the most out of your time away. I love Disney and think that it truly is the most magical place on Earth. Everyone that travels there deserves to have the same terrific experience that my family and I do on our journeys. Let me take the hassle of out of planning your vacation and help you create the memories to carry with you for a lifetime.
