Prior to about a year ago, you could book Disney dining 180 days prior to your arrival date. That was changed down to 90 days but now that is coming to an end in a few months. 180 days — six months — will be the norm again.
Beginning 10/27/09 for arrivals Jan 25, 2010 and beyond, reservations may be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. This was confirmed in the 2010 Disney Dining Plan brochure.
